Clif is currently responsible for leasing operations in
Dallas for RM Crowe. These responsibilities include:
oversight of all Tenant Representation, RMC Portfolio
leasing and business development, With over 25 years
experience leasing office space in the Dallas/Fort Worth
market, he has had exposure to a broad range of office
building types and classes. Prior to joining RM Crowe, he
was Vice President of Prentiss Properties, responsible for
the Dallas portfolio which exceeded 2 million square feet.
In addition he was a Project Leasing Manager for Southland
Financial Corp/JPI in Las Colinas with 19 properties and 2.5
million square feet of office space. He has successfully
negotiated over 6.5 million square feet of leases averaging
over 45 transactions per year.
